For the majority of users, administrator training can be completed in one day. Administrator and train the trainer courses can be delivered onsite as well as online. Courseware is divided into standardized modules for all Factonomy products as well as customized training based on a customer’s specific implementation.
End-User Training
For the majority of users, end-user training can be completed in between two and four hours. End-user training is delivered online through Computer Based Training. Courseware is divided into standardized modules for all Factonomy products as well as customized training based on a customer’s specific implementation.
