Can the Factonomy Framework integrate with standard packages (Excel, Word)?
The Factonomy Framework uses a technique to integrate with standard packages that is far in advance of traditional ‘document creation’ processes.
The Factonomy Framework is fully integrated with the Aspose office libraries which included the capability to output Excel, Word and PDF documents in formats as early as 1997.
The Framework inherently supports a generation of OpenXML documents purposed both for Word and Excel and although Factonomy have not yet found a need, the same technology would of course deliver to PowerPoint and other OpenXML formats.
