Chief Executive Officer - Geoff Kell
Geoff has over 25 years of commercial experience in senior roles within international business. After graduating in Natural Sciences, Geoff entered the chemical industry and worked in Saudi Arabia, Jordan and extensively throughout Europe and Asia Pacific. Moving into the technology sector at the start of the 90's, he spearheaded the growth of Psion in overseas markets, opening up offices in Singapore and Japan to develop Asia Pacific markets, as well as driving growth throughout Europe and North America. After working in Business Development and launching the world's first affordable DAB receiver, Geoff became Managing Director for Asia Pacific operations.
Geoff invested in Factonomy in 2006 and took on the role of CEO.
Chief Technical Officer - Graeme Bryce
Graeme has over 20 years experience in IT companies and is responsible for the continual improvement and excellence of Factonomy frameworks. Graeme was Managing Director of Protec (Computer Services) Ltd for 5 years before joining the board of EveryForm as Technical Director. In its first 18 months EveryForm converted over 50% of legal firms in the UK to its product line. EveryForm was then acquired for a seven figure sum by international publishing group Reed Elsevier. Graeme completed a 2 year assignment with a fortune 100 company as CRM Programme Manager responsible for an enterprise Customer Relationship Initiative overseeing radical improvements across staffing, business processes and technology.
Graeme founded Factonomy in 2002 and he continues to pioneer in the IT field.
General Manager - Neil Jordan
Neil takes responsibility for the day to day company activities, including Finance and Admin. Neil has held a number of board level positions managing and growing SME companies over the last 17 years including international software distributor Capsoft UK where he project managed the launch of its subsidiary, web-based forms provider - Everyform.net.
Neil is a previous winner of the prestigious UK Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and brings a thorough understanding and application of business knowledge to the Factonomy team.
Development Manager - Andy Teasdale
Andy's entire career, starting in the late 1980's, has been spent working in software engineering, mostly working for blue chip financial services firms, such as AXA, L&G, Norwich Union, the Prudential, Skandia and Standard Life. Since 2000 he has specialised in developing Web and XML technologies. Working with organisations such as The Web Services Interoperability Organization (WS-I) and W3C in the development of e-commerce standards. Andy has a wealth of experience running large, cross-industry, PRINCE2 projects.
Andy joined the team in July 2008 and is responsible for managing Factonomy’s technical team who deliver web applications using the framework.
